The actual announcement by „Reuters“ news agency referring to a search for a buyer is not correct. Schoeller Allibert remains the key busines of the traditional family business Group, holding different subsidiaries and Joint Ventures in the segments of packaging solutions, logistics and communication technology as well as managing a portfolio of direct investments.
